Negative Feedback"No support at all. They take your money and dont supply, often dont register domain names, phone numbers are false. Cant get refund. Very Very Bad. Negative Feedback"I purchased a domain name and web space from Hostsmart only to later discover that my website and it's server "vanished". Then whilst trying to pursue the company I discovered that there were many lies told by Hostsmart. Firstly, the address and photo of their Sydney business residnce is totally fraudulent! The photo is wrong and the business that is at this address is definitely not Hostsmart! There are absolutely no contact numbers only online support. This is supposed to be available online 24/7 however I have not been able to receive any support for 3 weeks now. They have a 100% uptime guarantee which obviously has failed miserably. They are not an actual registered business in NSW, with no way of being contacted other than email. Be vary wary if you look at using this companies services as they seem to be very fraudulent and deceptive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HOSTSMART AS A HOST!!! EVER!!!!!!"
